Tutorial - Manipulating hair

So here's how I do hair
I based this tut on my manip "Celestial dualism" - fav.me/d9o5i0e link with all the credits

This isn't the only method to make it, not by far. But it works for me and isn't extremely difficult, so I hope at least someone would find it
helpful.
You don't need a tablet, but it helps... I've added a tip for folks that use a mouse or a touchpad (it's really tough, I know, hope it's helpful)

Also, I work in PS CS6 on a Windows10 machine, but I don't think there's a big difference if you have a different OS and PS version.
No idea if it would work for GIMP, but you can always try

The brush I used is made by me and will be uploaded shortly to this gallery, so go and check

Also, very important: please don't copy this manip, use the tutorial on your own artwork
